Orders & Payment
When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is processed at checkout. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at info@nothingconcrete.co as soon as possible. Once your order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments. There is a very small window to make changes so please double check your order before your checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed.
Can I use more than one payment method?
We accept only one payment method per order. However, gift cards or store credits can be combined with your primary payment at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
We offer complimentary free shipping on all orders over $50 via UPS Ground.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotions. A tracking link will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Nothing Concrete does not offer international shipping. We are focused on providing the best service domestically and will update our policies if international shipping becomes available in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use this link to track your package’s progress. For questions, reach out to info@nothingconcrete.co.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our primary domestic carrier is UPS Ground, with a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days from the ship date.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We recommend shipping to secure locations, as we’re not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, and there are no updates within 15 consecutive days, contact us at info@nothingconcrete.co.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered packages. If you notice an error, please contact us at info@nothingconcrete.co as soon as possible. We may be able to help if the order hasn’t shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Sale items and items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and will be inspected upon delivery.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, contact us at info@nothingconcrete.co. As a small business, we share the cost of returns with customers, so a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability, as our drops sell out quickly. If an exchange isn’t possible, we can offer store credit for a future drop or a refund to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nothingconcrete.co, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
At Nothing Concrete, sustainability is very important to us. We ship your orders using 100% recycled poly mailers from Ecoenclose, and our garments are packaged in Vela™ Glassine Bags—an innovative, plastic-free solution that serves as a curbside recyclable alternative to traditional clear poly bags. We also strive to minimize any unnecessary paper or additional hang tags with your order, focusing on reducing waste wherever possible. Our goal is to provide a more sustainable experience from the moment your order leaves our hands to when it reaches yours.
Discounts & Promotions
We do not offer discounts or promotions throughout the year, as our drops tend to sell out quickly. We price our products to reflect their value and factor in no discounting.
